Dana received his RE license in 2013.
With more than 20 years experience in sales and marketing coupled with undergraduate and graduate studies in Marketing and Psychology, Dana has the tools necessary to serve people looking to sell or buy their dream home.
Today's real estate market is not the same as 10 years ago.
Today's is primarily a virtual marketplace. Home searches are on-line and agents must have in-depth knowledge and usage of the tools that meet today's buyers where they "live"--connected, video sharing, on-line, electronically and socially savvy.
These tools and strategies are blended with his ability to listen closely, intuitively understand what his client wants and needs and communicate constantly and consistently.
He is calm, professional and unfazed by the rapid changes, hard fought negotiations required to get you the best outcome possible with your real estate transactions.
Dana believes the key is to be connected, compassionate and communicative.
He has certifications in Divorce Real Estate and New Home Construction Sales.
Dana is also a certified specialist with Home Partners of America.

In 1872, Aaron Montgomery Ward founded his first dry goods mail order business. Montgomery Ward built a network of large distribution centers across the country including Fort Worth (1928). The building originally allowed for trains to come in between its two towers to be unloaded. The original front façade finished the creation of an eight-story U-shaped structure.
Construction consisted of reinforced concrete with 20’ centered columns throughout. The massive construction survived flood waters that reached its second floor in 1949 and the 2000 Fort Worth Tornado.
In 2001 Montgomery Ward went out of business and closed down the warehouse thus leaving the property vacant.
Redevelopment began in 2004 and the name Montgomery Plaza was given to the development. The original mission revival warehouse character of the Montgomery Ward building was preserved during an extensive renovation. The architectural approach for the new development focused on preserving the building’s Art Deco period roots. The unique exterior is balanced with an interior design that takes maximum advantage of ceiling heights up to 16 feet, enormous window areas and "industrial-grade" solidity of this unique building. The original contractor who built the building, Thos. S. Byrne, played a role in the redevelopment project by overseeing the interior finish-out of the residences.
Montgomery Plaza features a unique outdoor resort-style rooftop amenity deck (the largest in Texas, at nearly one acre), featuring swimming and reflecting pools, cabanas and outdoor fire pits. Parking for the residences is integrated into a built in parking garage located inside the original warehouse building.

The Tower (formerly Block 82 Tower) is a 35 floor building in Fort Worth. It is the fourth tallest building in Fort Worth. When it was completed in 1974, it was the tallest building in Fort Worth until the completion of the Burnett Plaza in 1983. On March 28, 2000, this tower was severely damaged by an F3 tornado; consensus was nearly reached to demolish the tower, but it was instead converted into the tallest residential building in the city.
